New Angel Marker

Post by Corey on Sat Apr 10, 2010 8:34 pm

Might as well post this since it has already leaked by others and it's showing up in the goggle thread.

I copied all of these details from a website other than AOG just so you know.

The AR:K Angel:

•Enclosed Firing Chamber keeps dirt out (No roto breech!)
•Break beam eyes
•All new color OLED circuit board with text available in different languages
•Apex barrel tip ready
•2000+ rounds from a 4500/68ci tank
•No rise clamping feedneck
•Adjustable collapsible stock included
•Low pressure operation delivering reduced recoil and superb accuracy
•Designed and assembled in the UK
•New through flow bolt technology pre delivers gas to the face of the ball to add a reduction in ball breaks
•Removable picatanny rails
•Quick release dove tail stock mounting bracket
•Fly paper traction strips on the inline regulator and grip frame
•Dual bearing ultra smooth 4 point adjustable trigger with zero lateral movement
•Aluminum/polycarbonate grip cheeks
•Magno valve technology(patented)
•3 shot PSP as well as many other tourney modes
•Works with High or Low pressure tanks
•Microswitch board
•More user adjustments on the board(Like 12.4 bps for example)

Also as mentioned by others over in the APS forum, this marker has no roto breech. A signature of previous generations of Angels. That means they've changed up the firing mechanisim and how the bolt is removed. It also allows for a lower feedneck. This is not just an A1 Fly in scenario clothing.

I can't wait for them to leak the non-scenario version.

I played around with it in the Angel booth today. Pretty fun and cool.
