Admin's Paintball Field

Post by Corey on Thu Jul 16, 2009 6:14 pm

My field is almost finished! Did a lot of work today, and will probably finish it tomorrow besides painting the bunkers (plywood, so it rots easily if I don't paint it). Going to CMP tomorrow to try and get some wooden wire spools. This is just backyard field, not a airball field or anything. I'll post pics when It's done.

It may not be the best but I like it.

No the trailer in the background is not where I live.

Best of luck, hopefully you won't outgrow yours as fast as I outgrew my field.

I have a plywood field too, and if your serious about speedball, and competition. You won't spend more than a summer on it.

Who knows where it will take you. My friends and I now have a competitive team. We started just last summer and practiced all summer, and into this year. It may start with fooling around with beginner's but it won't end like that. Smile

I hope I get a decent team out of it. I'm sick of playing walk-ons, I want to play some competitive ball.

Can't blame you, it is the only way I play now. My team mates keep trying to get me to go to Field 51 and play walk-on, but I just don't get pleasure out of it anymore. No

It's only fun walk-on if it's a good speedball field.

I disagree, when my team and I started out we weren't treated very well as walk-ons at speedball fields. You can have a lot of fun wherever you go, it just depends on your company in my opinion.

I like playing anywhere as long as I'm with good friends, I just prefer a good airball field over a good woodsball field.

That is my preference too, but only because I like the style of play associated with airball more than the one associated with woodsball.
