Good stuff. Hopefully people aren't shooting monster balls, and they have a good snake. Despite the fact that I got owned at our last practice. I have straightened my game out, and feel much more confident about my next showing. pirat

I found out that Wal-Mart doesn't sell Monster Balls anymore, instead they sell "Reaction" which I'm sure is Monster Balls in a different package, but I have yet to investigate

It won't be strictly enforced because they have no way to prove it, it is kind of an on your honor system. The mean 3 tournaments or less for your total career.

thats such a stupid rule they should just have different classes...have one for 3 or less and one for more than 3...they would have alot more people show up

Speaking from the standpoint of someone who has only played one tournament (Vtown event 1) and LV will be my third, I don't think that it is a stupid rule at all. Yes I know people will sandbag, but it will keep some people that are overqualified out. I do agree that their should be more than just the Novice tournament though, because 3 or less definitely excludes a lot. Last year BAP tried to do a 3 man rookie and a 5 man Novice+ and it didn't work out. I guess we will just have to wait and see how this works for LV.

i mean i dont mind the 3 or less rule i just think its stupid that they dont do 2 classes...they are excluding soo many people from playing and they would have way more people play if they had a class for the other people

I totally agree, by not having an open class, they push people away. A lot of people. I appreciate the Novice class, but I can also appreciate that others want to play as well, and the Open class would be there for them.

True that, after LV on Sunday, I won't be able to the next LV tournament. Then I will be in the boat you guys are in.

Its more unfair to my friends than anything else. They only have V-town on their resume, but without me they have no 3rd.

True that. I am glad that all of us on Sub 5 started playing tournaments together, and had no experience previous to that, otherwise that would have thrown up roadblocks for us, like it is doing to the Mudkips.
