155mph until i change out to the TDI 5th gear and i get 29 in town and 32 highway

New pictures up from today.... got the cylinder head off.... and found out what was wrong.

I snapped a Connecting Rod (twice), Once at the base of the Piston and at the Crank Shaft and Damaged the Cylinder wall (nice chunk out of it that you can't see in the pictures really good.)

FML!!!

well i broke a cv joint and i blew 2 struts and broke a spring so guess who is getting coilovers Smile

this guy....they are just temp though im going with bags in a few months

any one know if these subs are any good? i want to have 2 15" subs, and these seem to be on the cheaper side. wasn't sure if any one knew anything about them.

they are junk. go with two 12's you dont need 15s. bigger isnt always better my buddy built his car to compete in SPL comps and with two 12s he blew the windshield and the sun roof out of his car. buy good subs and build a box

on another note i just bought the coilovers and they will be here fri/monday

Very true. Size isn't what it's all about. It's a lot about how your box it built if you're going for reallllyy loud stuff. Just for normal music playing I would save your money and get 12s.

Yeah, even one 12 would work if your just cruising around listening to music. I don't even want subs in my car, I just want clear crisp music, not constant thumpage.
