Dye Rotor Price Increase - June 23rd

The Dye Rotor is one of the best performing and most sought after loaders in paintball. As manufacturing and raw material prices increase, some of your favorite paintball gear prices will raise. Now is your last chance to buy the Dye Rotor for only $159.95 or $169.95 (for patterns). Starting June 23rd, all Dye Rotors being sold online will have a new retail price of either $189.95-$199.95. Order yours today at ANSgear and save almost 20%.

190 to 200 bucks for a rotor? Shocked the sad part is people will still buy them for that price lol.

FOr as much as this sucks, they are the best hoppers out there. I can attest first hand that Materiel and labor costs are increasing a lot in China, plus if you add gas prices for transport.... Dye knows they have a great product, so they are going to get top dollar for it untill they have competition. My gen1 rotor still works like a top after 2 and half seasons of me beating the absolute s*** out of it.

You get what you pay for ...for the most part. The rotor is a tank and has never hiccuped.

Makes sense. China is actualy increasing its wages for unskilled labor. A few companies have moved production back to the U.S. for the simple fact that between rising labor costs and transport costs its actually cheaper to make certain products here. China is pushing for more skilled jobs and is trying to get the tech companies to move there. Some already have, but they want to build their own silicon valley.

Its alot of companies across the board that are raising prices as well, 3 of the major companies I buy from are all going up 15% on products due to inflated shipping costs. I thought it was more of a weird conspiracy that they all chose the same exact price increase though. Im still not sure if there was potentially some new tax increase in legislation regarding things that are shipped over statelines or borders, or if they all got together to stay on some form of even pricing field...... study scratch Mad

It's the trucking companies, they all stay on the same fuel surcharge rate.

Only publicly traded companies. Careful with the assumptions. THe private sectore and some teamsters are really hissy about that s***.

As for the price increase: seems fine. I already own a Gen 3 which I'm not going to trade anytime soon. If it breaks...oh well. Until then, I'm good with it.

I know conway freight had a price increase a month ago when gas was floating around 4.34 a gallon here in CT. We looked to some other alternatives, but everything was priced right around the same.
