More details? Team for the F51 game or team to play at random fields in Maine or just team as in a group of people that plays outlaw games once in a blue moon? Competitive or recreational?

Thats how its done. Build as a group. Find your chore of players. You'll lose some and gain some. In short time you'll move up and want to be challenged.
Start a Facebook or web site. Start playing as much as you can. They will come to you. Keep your eyes open.
