The next event will consist of 2 tournaments. The first will be for those with electric guns, and after that will be a tournament for mechs. Bring both types and play both tournaments if you want.

I honestly see no reason for a point system in 3 man. The only reason we have points systems is for larger tournaments of 20+ teams. V-town, were looking at about 5-6.

i really didnt like the double elmin. style.

if we did the points then you could do every team plays every team once or twice, in a brackett style. then the top 2, 3, or 4 teams advance to the finals where you then hold the elim.

plus it makes more sense on from a field stand point too, more games means more paint, means more money for the field. and it keeps teams from being elim. in their 1st 2 games.

I personally feel that it is just a better way to do the tourney.

just for another opinion, Sub5 guys how many teams attended the Lost Valley 3 man (roughly)? and did you guys feel that the points worked out good for it?

are we going to have to pay for ALL DAY AIR on top of entry fee again?

ok but it really doesn't make any sense to change formats mid way though. Its like the PSP changing from RaceTo elimination to USPL point format mid way through for Chi-town.
