PTP Micro Emag FS

Post by Otter on Wed Jun 09, 2010 4:27 pm

Thread in progress.

First, this marker needs some parts to get it working. Mainly a battery, macro fittings, two orings, a screw, and thats it. Oh, a bit of love and tuning.

Previous owner's description, edited a little for what items I've managed to fund for it:

Dorito: i bought this Mag on ebay and it was in horrible shape. i replaced the board, the noid, safety assembly, selector switch, grips and the trigger. i then sent it to Gruntbull for anodizing.
Now has emag valve. i also have the cosmetic piece that goes between the barrel and the battery (annoed to match but not pictured). the board is XMOD V1.8.

before making this posting i tested the gun out as it has not been fired in a while. it worked fine. the battery while it will power up the board is no longer good enough to trigger the noid. i used my other battery and it worked fine. The battery after two years of sitting is now stock dead and wont even power the board.
(YOU WILL NEED TO REPLACE THE BATTERY)

This Mag finished 2nd in a photo finish for MOTM
http://www.automags.org/forums/showthread.php?t=214782

specs:

PTP MicroEmag
Regular emag valve.
Original Armson Barrel
Tunablade (ano to match)
Lukes Aluminum Selector switch (ano to match)
Lukes Aluminum Grip Panels (ano to match)
NDZ drop kick (ano to match)
NDZ bleed on/off (ano to match)
XMOD 1.8
charging brick and car adapter

Since then little has changed. It went into another guys hands, and sat in his closet for a year. Then I bought it, and since then its sat in my closet for a month so far, and realizing that it will continue to sit I figure it may as well go to a good home. Blah blah, add more bull s***.

Whats changed: Valve is now a emag valve. All orings were replaced except the two powertube ones, as f*** agd didn't include those in there xvalve kit that they said would work. Well f*** you AGD!!!
Ahem. Besides that, thats it.

This marker needs:
Battery.
Field dissasembly screw, the big rear screw that holds the valve in.
Macrofittings or braided steel line.
Power tube tip oring.
Power tube oring.
Some love, and TLC.

Thats about it. Oh wait, I forgot that the feedneck suffered a ding. Its not major, but not perfectly round anymore. Then again, it holds a hopper better.

PICS ARE COMING!!! As soon as the hole in the wall and my siblings graduation ends I'll have time to get pics up. Until then, the previous owners pics. DOES NOT COME WITH VALVE SHOWN IN THOSE PICS!!!

Rules
~~~~~~~~~~~
1.) I ship via USPS, you pay, but I'll do a free tracking code to compensate.
2.) I can do Paypal (preffered) or MO, but MO takes at least a week to process.
3.) Be polite, Otters Bite. If you have a prob, either pm me please or sick the nearest moderator on me.
4.) List of trades below, but I am more interested in money or a PPS gift certificate haha.
5.) Feedback in SIG. If you want a complete listing down to every little smidgeon w/ only one post pm me. No jokes now...
Oh ya, price would have to be 700 plus shipping. Just 100 more in parts and some tlc, you'll have a great marker. Oh, if I could have shot it once.
Partial trades I'd be interested in, you would probably have to add in any of these.
Nice left feed nelson based pumps, nice. Constant air / hopper.
Anything palmer except a blazer, we negotiate.
Sydarm!!! I would love to try one of these. The older version, the military one. The one with rear sights and a powdercoat. Civilian version doesn't have those...
Automags, will only look at RT Classics with the single trigger, left feed, black powder coat.
Anyways. Working on my own pics. Still trying to edit this post, but where I'm stealing my internet time as (holes in the wall equal trouble, lalalalala...) may not make it far. So if theres a problem that offends you I haven't managed to edit out yet, sorry.
Oh ya, I added all the parts needed as far as I know. And as far as I know, Doritos info is correct. Can't verify, but believe it to be true. At the very least the guy I bought it from
Dorito < Some guy < Me
would have let me known if there were any other major probs. He got it working with a valve of his and a battery of his to test.
Its even better in person sketchy...
Corey, few dozen reasons, mainly the fact I had to choose between a KP2 and this, the fact I haven't played in 3 months plus, and the fact that not only am I busy for the next month straight but any free weekends I actually have will be clearing land. Smile
Sketchy, be warned. Some otters don't have thumbs. This otter does... Twisted Evil
Trum, changing your mind there?, haha.
Devon, I could finish this is I so choose. But again, I rarely play for one, for two I can either finish a KP2 I got of CL or finish this. Thats a tough decision, considering I haven't been able to shoot either one. But one of the two has to go so. Still debating, wondering if I made the right choice. But in all reality, considering how often I play and how often I'll be able to play this summer... though I know July 17th I'm making a free day just fyi.
Corey...
Sniper... it should, it should.
And also, think. I most often play in the woods. This would get beaten up all to hell.
