Note that I can veto a change and have a the subject voted on again.

1st Change - Post Per Page Count - Stayed at 15

2nd Change - Reputation System - Deleted

3rd Change - Calendar - Stayed - Vetoed - VOTE AGAIN - Deleted

OK, but what tool does it provide? Does it simply show who the most popular people are? Who the "best" are?
