dont quote me on this, but i even think one of the rules in the NPPL is that if your pod gets hit before it hits the ground it still counts as an out

Correct. I saw Mr. Lang to this to one of my teammates when they were doing a one on one. Ollie shot the pod as my teammate was throwing it.

Another little snake tip...When you get out, if you get out, in the snake, while getting up, empty your pod pack (full pods) in the knuckle you were in...It can help whoever is bumping into snake after you get out...On the other hand, if the other team runs out of paint, they could use it.

It's not "cheating" per se, but it is beneficial.

i somtimes pre-pull a pod out, so that way i dont have to reach back to grab it. its already sitting on the ground in front of me

I'm not a fan of leaving pods in front of me, because when I bump, I want all my paint. Also snake related news, I've been playing the PSP Phoenix layout for a while now, and the snake is money!!!! I get at least 2 kills from there, mostly out of snake 2. You can really rip the d-side to shreds.
