50 caliber Ballzzzzzzzzzzz

So im just curious, has anyone shot a marker that is modified for these ? Or been shot by one ? Just wondering because they seem to be for sale everywhere and there are kits for conversions of several brands of markers.....

it's just a marketing gimmick, the paint doesn't even actually shoot as far as .68. There is nothing wrong with the medium with which we play now

A bunch of my old teammates shot 50 cal at cup last year and I saw it shot a lot on a really small shooting course. It seemed to shoot fine but in my opinion it would ruin the game. You can fit like 400 balls in a hopper and it didn't shoot as far. Not only that it was near impossible to see.

given the very negative response from the paintball community, I don't think we have anything to worry about boys.
