I think we've found are field! But it's still up for discussion because some more people might want to voice their opinions. If nobody objects, we should start talking about how we are going to advertise the event. That is an amazing deal, tell him I said thanks.

I think that you guys should put the info/things you have decided on the front page of this thread, so that first time readers will get the idea before the 4th page. I would do it myself, but I do not want to screw up any of the facts as I am not clear on them myself.

Yes you did. I think nobody really noticed it because it was big and had a lack of spaces after periods.

As of now, Adventure Sports is in the lead. Advertising has been vaguely decided on (details will be knocked out closer to the date of the actual event). Now I think we should work on the date and the expectancies (turnout, food, game types [woodsball, speedball, etc.], prices, etc.) people have.
